Bell-type bright annealing furnace

It is mainly applicable for bright annealing of wire rods, strips, stainless steel bands, silicon steel bands, copper lines and copper bands under shielding gas atmosphere with fuels, such as coal gas and natural gas etc. In the furnace, high purity hydrogen or 75% hydrogen + 25% nitrogen will be used as shielding gas. It introduces Austria technology and is featured in low production cast, automatic heating and cooling process, even temperature, even product hardness and mechanical property. Its production capacity is 30% higher than that of common bell-type furnace and surface finish is high.
